Good day Landowner,

First thank you for allowing us to be a part of your life and to help each other in this venture together in attacking the invasive hog population within our local farms. To those who have been a part of our operations for years thank you so much for your trust in us as we invite a streamline system to our hog removal company. For those new to our operations, welcome to Colt Outfitters.

The elements of our new hog program are as follows:

Vision: Our goal for 2025 is the largest hog removal program in the Elberton, Greenwood, Calhoun Falls, Abbeville, McCormick & Edgefield areas.

Communication: Our team is dedicated with a staff that is here to serve you and to always communicate times of entering properties, maintenance and hogs removed from your property.

Staff & Leadership: We have a 4 full time staff onboard from the front office to the field to serve your needs. Our CEO is Juan Adriatico is who a prior graduate of Lander University as a NCAA Baseball player, Attended Erskine Theological Seminary and served 15 years of active duty as a Army and Navy Chaplain with 2 tours in Iraq as a combat Veteran and Airborne Paratrooper. Juan loves the God, family, the outdoors , farm and ranch life, fitness and hog hunting! His greatest love is his son Colt Adriatico who is 3.5 years of age.

Monthly Bonuses: We pay you as a landowner on a bonus structure that will vary month to month to shoot your hogs and coyotes. Based on our overhead, volume of hog hunters, feed bills, payroll, fuel cost, and etc, we are dedicated to sending you a check on the first of each month. Please let our office team know if you would like this made out to you personally or to your LLC, Trust or S Corp.

Licensed & Insured: We are licensed and insured and carry commercial hunting insurance to reduce risk and ensure all participants sign a hold harmless agreement with Photo ID and Vehicle tags, makes and models. All hog hunters must have a hunting license and have taken the hunters safety course before participating.

Maintenance: We keep the feeders full year-round with continual maintenance conducted by our staff of professionals at all times with cell cams to give us hourly updates of hog movement.

Contracts, Agreements and Terms of Service: You as the landowner have the control to terminate our agreement anytime and we will remove equipment with 14 days. If the hog population on your farm appears to have been removed, we will shut down our kill stations and remove them from your land.

Experience and Safety: All hog hunts and maintenance are conducted by experienced military or personal of age who have common sense, experience and valuable assets to our team. 100% of our hunts are conducted by our CEO to ensure quality control and to protect landowners, our brand and to ensure a good ethical experience.

DNR: We have a great relationship with DNR in providing protection, monitoring of lands and capturing illegal trespassers. 

Deer and Turkey: We do not shoot deer or turkey but will feed them for you year-round and maintain kill sites.

Cleanup: We work hard to ensure properties are clean at all times.

How many hogs do we kill a year? We kill between 500-1,500 hogs per year and will communicate the hogs taken from your farm weekly.
