Disclosures & Hunt Terms.

Read all disclosures carefully before booking. Participation requires acknowledgment of these terms.

01

Safety & Risk Acknowledgment

Hunting involves inherent risks including but not limited to firearm discharge, animal contact, uneven terrain, low-light conditions, and extreme weather. All participants assume full responsibility for their own safety.

Participants must follow all firearm safety rules at all times: treat every firearm as loaded, never point at anything you do not intend to shoot, keep your finger off the trigger until ready to fire, and know your target and what is beyond it.

Night hunting with thermals and suppressed firearms requires heightened situational awareness. Participants must confirm target identification before firing.

02

Liability Waiver

By booking and participating in a hunt, each participant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the hunt organizers, landowners, and all affiliated parties from any and all claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from participation.

A signed liability waiver is required from every participant prior to the start of any hunt. No participant will be permitted in the field without a completed waiver on file.

03

Age Requirements

All participants must be 18 years of age or older to book and participate independently. Hunters aged 16–17 may participate only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who has signed all required waivers on their behalf.

Valid government-issued photo identification confirming age is required at check-in.

04

Firearm & Equipment Rules

Firearms, ammunition, and thermal optics are provided for use during the hunt. Participants may bring their own legally owned firearms subject to prior approval.

All participants must possess any required hunting licenses, firearm permits, or carry permits required by South Carolina or Georgia law for the dates and methods of their hunt.

Alcohol and controlled substances are strictly prohibited during any period of active hunting. Any participant found to be impaired will be removed from the field immediately.

05

Insurance

Participants are strongly encouraged to carry personal accident and medical insurance prior to participation. No medical or accident insurance is provided by the hunt organizers.

Participants are responsible for any medical costs, evacuation costs, or property damage arising from their participation.

06

Hunting Ethics & Harvest Rules

All participants are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with fair-chase hunting ethics. Wanton waste of harvested animals is prohibited.

Hunters are responsible for cleaning and processing their own harvested hogs. Carcasses must be handled respectfully and removed or disposed of according to landowner and state guidelines.

Target species are wild hogs and coyotes only. No other species may be taken without prior written authorization.

07

South Carolina & Georgia Regulations

Wild hogs are classified as an invasive species in both South Carolina and Georgia and may be taken year-round on private property with landowner permission. Participants are responsible for verifying current state regulations prior to their hunt.

South Carolina: A valid SC hunting license is required for all resident and non-resident hunters. Coyotes may be taken year-round with no bag limit on private land. Refer to the SC Department of Natural Resources (SCDNR) for current rules.

Georgia: A valid GA hunting license is required. Wild hogs may be taken on private land with landowner permission. Refer to the Georgia Department of Natural Resources (GADNR) for current rules.

Night hunting with artificial lights and thermal optics is permitted for hogs and coyotes on private land in both states. Participants must comply with all applicable state and local ordinances.
